Role & Responsibilities

Defining and Refining Operation Excellence

• Setting an example within the company for operational excellence

• Defining a scalable set of processes to super-charge growth

• Leading role in setting up and maintaining Quality Management System

HR Management

• Building and maintaining a scalable recruitment process

• Onboarding new team members and point of contact for HR matters

• Developing team professional development and review structures

Financial Processing

• Weekly processing of invoices and expenses

• Quarterly financial consolidation support to external accountants

Project Oversight

• Monthly tracking of hours and expenses against on-going projects

• Managing supply chain for development and product manufacture

• Assistance in tracking and predicting resource allocation

Office Operations

• Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory

• Coordinating office services and maintenance

• Ensuring workspace efficiency and comfort

Event Planning & Team Engagement

• Organizing company-wide events

• Coordinating team-building activities, celebrations and milestones

• Creating team engagement initiatives

Practicalities

• 24-40 hours per week

• Based in the Schiedamsedijk, Rotterdam, Netherlands

• Hybrid working environment, min. 1 day/week onsite to build strong team dynamic, focused work from home possible other days

• Reporting to Thomas Parry, CEO
